to install it asks for a key. its in russian. you must:

1) change keyboard layout to russian
2) write (letter by letter):
Gjrjq yfv njkmrj cybncz
otherwise:
1) go to control panel/regional settings/advanced.
2) select russian in the "language for non unicode programs".
3) restart pc.
4) install Devexpress and type anything longer than the serial provided in the serial input.
5) copy and paste the serial provided (serial.txt)
